Radcliffe Dann IV joined Temkin Wielga Hardt & Longenecker as an associate in September 2006. His practice encompasses complex environmental and natural resources litigation, as well general commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dann clerked for the Honorable Brook Hedge of the D.C. Superior Court on the complex civil litigation calendar. During law school, Radcliffe interned in both the Environment and Natural Resources and Environmental Crimes sections of the United States Department of Justice, and he also interned for a summer at the Environmental Protection Agency's Region 5 office in Chicago.
Mr. Dann received his B.A. from the University of Florida in 2002 and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2005, where he was a member of the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy.
