Mark Wielga

Mark Wielga is a partner with almost twenty years experience in litigation. He has represented clients in the pre-trial, trial and appeal stages in federal, state, bankruptcy and probate courts as well as arbitrations and regulatory hearings throughout the United States. He specializes in high stakes, complex trials representing businesses that are both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Wielga has litigated and tried a wide variety of cases involving business and securities fraud, director and officer claims, intellectual property, insurance issues, creditor rights, antitrust as well as a variety of environmental and natural resources issues.

Mr. Wielga received his undergraduate degree from St. Johns College in Annapolis, Maryland and his J.D. from the University of Chicago School of Law. He is a member of the Bar of the Courts of Colorado, the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He has been admitted pro hac vice in virtually every major metropolitan area in the United States. Mr. Wielga is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Denver College of Law.
